Dozens of business leaders from the private and public sectors attended a seminar at Jesmond Dene House Hotel hosted by P Three to hear more about TopLeaf, an innovative new leadership programme set to make big changes to businesses in the North East and beyond.
Barbara Dennis OBE, MD of P Three is the only UK based leadership expert who is licensed to deliver the Adizes Methodology from the Adizes Institute in the USA. This structured system for accelerating organisational change was first developed in 1975 and since then has been used globally to transform the success of countless organisations. Fortune 100 companies, global leaders such as Coca Cola and even the governments of countries like Mexico have benefited from applying the Adizes Methodology.
Barbara explains;
“At a time when UK businesses are facing some of their biggest challenges in years, effective leadership is more important than ever. The Adizes Institute have an amazing track record of helping companies to dramatically improve their fortunes, by changing the way those organisations are led. Top Leaf is a really exciting programme which will get together a peer group of business leaders over a six month period to show them how to apply the Adizes Methodology to their own business and make a real difference to their future survival and success.”
Barbara continues:
“Rather than this being yet another leadership programme which provides a lot of theory but no real link to practical application within the business, companies who attend the Top Leaf programme will help to shape the content of the programme based on what stage their company or organisation is at and what their priorities are and will leave each session with a clear action plan for implementing the methodology in their organisation to accelerate the rate of change and growth within their company.”
TopLeaf and the Adizes Methodology were launched in the North East and there are already plans to take the programme to other key areas in the UK including Manchester and London.
