The Mindful Leader

A course for Business Leaders

Mindfulness in the business world is moving from the fringe to the mainstream and now features as part of many leadership and management programmes. Goldie Hawn taught global Leaders and politicians at the recent World Economic Forum at Davos!

Faced with numerous challenges such as complex and rapid change, fewer resources and harder decisions to make – the demands of leadership are increasing and it is tough just keeping up.

This eight week course offers the opportunity to develop mindful practices for a deeper understanding of self and patterns of behaviour in order to better equip you to deal with these challenges.

Why participate in this programme?

Mindfulness is a way of training your mind to be where you want it to be. “It’s like push ups for the brain” said one US Marine. Ancient wisdom, psychological research and modern neuroscience are combining powerfully to demonstrate the benefits of mindfulness for leaders at work. By incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily life you can experience:

  • Better health and well being
  • Clearer thinking
  • Enhanced communication
  • Improved leadership skills
  • Greater Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • Meaningful relationships at work and outside
  • More awareness of personal stress and how to prevent it
